If applicable fares can be paid using
any of the following options

Pay-as-you-travel Smartcard
- Students are issued with a smartcard to use as their bus pass
- The smartcard is linked to our electronic ticketing system
- Parents or carers load funds onto the smartcard via the free TransportME Passenger app
- If applicable, a fare is charged when students touch on and off our services
- Students will need to be registered with us to receive a smartcard

Term Pass
- Term passes can be purchased through our office (in person or by phone).
- Costs are based on the total number of term days for the school attended, with a 5% discount applied.
- Based on 100% travel (Mon-Fri both AM & PM).
- No credits or refunds are applied for days not travelled.
- Students are required to touch on and off our services using the term pass issued.

Annual Pass
- Annual passes can be purchased through our office (in person or by phone) and can only be purchased before the end of Week 3 of Term 1 of the calendar year.
- Costs are based on the total number of days for the school attended. A discount of 10% is applied.
- Annual pass holders are entitled to one free replacement pass each calendar year if lost or damaged.
- No credits or refunds are applied for days not travelled.
- Parents requiring less than 100% travel are advised to opt for the Pay-As-You-Go method using TransportMe and to add funds to the card through the app.
- Students are required to touch on and off our services using the annual pass issued.

International Students
International students, as non-residents, are not entitled to receive any government subsidy for school bus travel but are more than welcome to use our bus services for their travel to and from school, for which they pay a small fare.
Hosting families and groups are required to register their student(s) with us by submitting a completed International Student Registration form.
